1. Identity of The Data Controller

At Coffex, we place great importance on the security and privacy of your personal data. The data of users visiting our website is processed by Elvan Group (Elvan Gıda A.Ş. and its affiliated group companies), as data controller, under this Privacy Policy in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data Do We Process, and for What Purposes?

While you use our website, the following categories of data are processed on the legal grounds stated:

  • Contact and Order Data: Your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and company details that you share with us through the order forms, B2B partnership requests or contact channels on the site. Our purpose: to answer your requests, manage global order processes and carry out partnership processes.
  • Technical and Transaction Security Data: Your IP address, site access logs, browser type and operating system information. Our purpose: to ensure the cybersecurity of our site, optimise our technical infrastructure and fulfil retention obligations arising from legislation.

3. Who Do We Share Your Data with?

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly within legal limits, to the group companies within Elvan Group, to our global logistics partners and, only in the event of a legal obligation or judicial process, to the competent public authorities and institutions.

Your data is never sold to third parties or transferred for commercial purposes without a legal basis.

4. Your Rights Under KVKK and GDPR

Under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR, everyone who visits our website has the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • request information about it if it has been processed, and learn the purpose of processing,
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
  • request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and the erasure or destruction of the data,
  • claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.
