Elvan Group’s story began in 1952 in a small shop in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. Growing with the vision of our founder Mustafa Kadiroğlu, that journey turned from workshop production into fully automated factories and a global food company.
Today, with more than seventy years of experience, we export our products to over 170 countries while keeping the consistency of taste as fresh as on the first day. That standard rests on our BRCGS, IFS, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certifications and on having one of Turkey’s first R&D centres in confectionery.
R&D Strength and Innovative Production
Coffex is the result of advanced food technology and R&D engineering rather than conventional confectionery. Roasted coffee extract at 2% and a flowing coffee cream making up 15% of the product are sealed inside a hard outer shell. The shell melts slowly, releasing aroma gradually and creating the effect of freshly brewed espresso.
